Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive AI roadmap designed to position Horizon 2026 as a market leader by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate predictive analytics and machine learning models into core business operations.
- Identify emerging technology trends (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) and assess their potential impact on our infrastructure.
- Lead technical workshops and mentorship sessions for junior data scientists and engineers.
- Oversee the ethical implications of AI deployment, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Drive the migration strategy for legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI strategy, Data Science, or Technical Project Management.
- Proven track record of leading successful AI implementation projects from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in navigating the regulatory landscape of AI ethics and data privacy.
