Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end research and development lifecycle for AGI prototypes and future computing paradigms.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for distributed neural networks and quantum computing interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate cutting-edge research into deployable AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model interpretability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor and cultivate talent within the research department, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Monitor emerging global tech trends to ensure our roadmap remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research with a focus on NLP or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or holding key patents.
- Strong leadership experience in managing diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of system architecture and cloud computing infrastructure (AWS, GCP).
