Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research and development projects focusing on advanced neural networks, large language models (LLMs), and ethical AI frameworks.
- Technical Strategy: Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team, bridging the gap between theoretical AI research and practical application.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI development, with at least 5 years in a senior architect or lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with emerging technologies, including generative AI, edge computing, or quantum computing interfaces.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
