Responsibilities

- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, advanced Quantum AI) and evaluate their strategic viability for the 2026 roadmap.
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps that align with business goals and industry foresight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior architects and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of current AI trends and a proven track record in strategic technology forecasting.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong ability to translate complex future concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies.
