Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive ethical frameworks for Large Language Models and Generative AI systems.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits and risk assessments on proprietary machine learning models before deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate safety constraints into the model architecture.
- Advise the C-Suite and Board of Directors on emerging AI governance trends and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, US Executive Orders).
- Create and maintain a searchable knowledge base of AI ethics case studies and best practices.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in AI research, machine learning engineering, or technology policy.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, neural networks, and prompt engineering.
- Proven track record of publishing research in top-tier AI conferences or policy journals.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with international AI safety standards and regulatory frameworks.
