Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement robust AI pipelines and inference engines, optimizing for speed, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Roadmap Leadership: Contribute to the technical vision of our 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Multimodal AI and Autonomous Agents.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large foundation models (e.g., GPT, Llama) to improve accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance reasoning capabilities.
- MLOps Implementation: Establish CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring seamless model versioning, testing, and deployment to cloud environments.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric features.
- Research & Pioneering: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring novel architectures and contributing to internal research papers and patents.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of C++ for high-performance computing.
- AI Expertise: Proven experience in training, fine-tuning, and serving Large Language Models (LLMs) and Diffusion models.
- System Design: Experience designing distributed systems capable of handling high-throughput inference workloads.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable technical solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
