Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models tailored for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from raw data ingestion to high-performance model inference at scale.
- Collaborate closely with product strategists and research scientists to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency to ensure real-time responsiveness in critical applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Ensure code quality, security, and scalability across all AI infrastructure components.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a specific focus on deep learning and large language models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with experience in MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, high-availability architectures, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact, remote-first environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
