Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for 2026-ready products.
- Lead the development of advanced Generative AI models, including fine-tuning and RAG pipelines.
- Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance across all AI deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs and generative models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
