- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric features.
- Deployment: Manage the full lifecycle of ML models, from experimentation and training to MLOps and monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production-level models.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT-4, LLaMA) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making and algorithm optimization.
