Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Architectures: Design, implement, and optimize novel deep learning models specifically for the 2026 framework.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and improve throughput for real-time applications using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, robustness, and safety standards.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with MLOps engineers to deploy models to production environments with CI/CD pipelines.
- Technical Leadership: Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and architectural decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of transformer architectures and NLP.
- Infrastructure: Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
