Responsibilities

- Lead the design and implementation of proprietary machine learning models, neural networks, and generative AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into consumer products and enterprise software.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous R&D to identify and prototype breakthrough technologies ahead of the market curve.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical AI compliance across all development phases.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI architecture, or research.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from concept to successful deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and vector databases.
