Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling high-volume data processing.
- Lead the research, development, and implementation of Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architect systems for low-latency, high-throughput real-time inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core business solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research and prototype emerging technologies to ensure competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying LLMs and NLP solutions at scale in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
