Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure robust model lifecycle management.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI systems.
- Stay current with the latest research and industry trends in Artificial Intelligence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying models to production environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agile environment.
