Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Nexus Horizon Systems leading up to and through 2026.
- Lead the design of scalable distributed AI systems and microservices architectures.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge LLMs and neural network models into production environments.
- Establish architectural standards and mentor junior engineers on best practices for AI engineering.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt, implementing robust mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and modern deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Proven experience designing high-availability systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and cloud-native architecture.
- Excellent strategic thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to plan long-term technical visions.
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
