Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Frameworks: Design and implement high-performance, distributed neural network architectures capable of processing real-time bio-signals and environmental data.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Vision Project, focusing on neuro-symbolic AI and quantum-enhanced machine learning.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Partner with neuroscientists, bio-engineers, and quantum physicists to integrate biological feedback loops into AI systems.
- Optimization & Security: Ensure all AI models are optimized for latency and secured against advanced quantum decryption threats.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Computational Neuroscience, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years leading complex engineering teams.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Innovation: Demonstrated history of patentable innovations or publications in the field of AI, Neural Networks, or Human-Computer Interaction.
- Problem Solving: Ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems and engineer elegant, scalable solutions for the future.
