Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the technical architecture for our upcoming 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Advanced Model Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning and generative AI models for complex business problems.
- System Architecture: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions, from data ingestion to model serving, optimizing for low latency and high availability.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research findings into our production environments ahead of the 2026 timeline.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
