Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable machine learning models and AI systems that align with business objectives.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and optimization of large language models (LLMs) for production environments, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for AI development and deployment.
- Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate AI models into cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), ensuring seamless CI/CD pipelines.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, transparent, and compliant with emerging regulatory standards.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating new technologies (e.g., WebGPU, Federated Learning) to drive innovation within the company.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with Hugging Face Transformers and LangChain.
- Cloud & Tools: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems and delivering production-ready AI solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
