Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable neural network architectures optimized for the transition from classical computing to quantum computing (2026 standards).
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of advanced NLP, Computer Vision, and predictive analytics into our core product suite.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum algorithms into legacy machine learning pipelines to enhance computational speed and efficiency.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to the latest global ethical guidelines and 2026 regulatory standards regarding bias, transparency, and privacy.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model inference times and resource utilization to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Information.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science roles, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
