Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance for systems supporting the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI models, focusing on latency reduction, cost-efficiency, and output accuracy.
- Research Integration: Translate theoretical research papers into production-ready code and systems, acting as a bridge between the research lab and the engineering team.
- System Integration: Integrate AI capabilities into complex software ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability with legacy systems.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and deep learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Strong ability to design distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated experience solving complex, unstructured problems in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
