Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on high-performance neural networks and real-time processing.
- Technical Strategy: Define the roadmap for AI model evolution, ensuring alignment with business goals and future tech trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Model Optimization: Reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (UX, Product, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Research: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging AI technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and innovative environment.
