Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into scalable production pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive technical roadmaps.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with emerging AI technologies and infrastructure scaling.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and governance to ensure high availability and security.
- Research and prototype novel architectures that push the boundaries of current AI capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
