Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen AGI models.
- Lead a team of top-tier data scientists and ML engineers in research, development, and deployment of proprietary algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate cutting-edge research into real-world applications.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Drive innovation in ethical AI, ensuring transparency and safety in autonomous systems.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce computational costs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to production at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning strategies (LoRA, PEFT).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
