What you will do:
- Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, focusing on large language models and autonomous agents.
- Design fault-tolerant, high-performance machine learning infrastructure.
- Lead architectural reviews and mentor a team of world-class engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize model inference times and reduce operational costs for large-scale deployments.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and a track record of leading high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable machine learning pipelines for real-time data processing.
- Drive the adoption of emerging AI technologies to stay ahead of the 2026 market curve.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across all AI services.
- Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring for junior staff.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Proven experience deploying LLMs at scale.
- Strong background in system design and database architecture (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
