What You Will Do
As a Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for the high-level design and implementation of our core neural architectures. You will define the roadmap for our next-gen models and ensure our systems are robust, secure, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the architectural design for next-generation neural networks and deep learning models.
- System Optimization: Architect high-performance inference pipelines capable of processing terabytes of data in real-time.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Integrate fairness, accountability, and transparency (FAIR) principles into core model architectures.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams and security experts to ensure AI integration aligns with business goals and regulatory standards.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent industry experience accepted).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Specialization: Proven track record in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in unstructured environments.
