Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize the core neural engine for Project 2026, ensuring low-latency inference across distributed nodes.
- Lead the design of scalable microservices architecture utilizing Rust and Go for high-performance data streaming.
- Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical AI safeguards to prevent hallucinations and bias in the 2026 model.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the AI division.
- Collaborate with product leads to translate complex 2026 roadmap requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance benchmarking to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML tooling.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production environments.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
