Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures for the Project 2026 platform.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput performance on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer models, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
