Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models tailored for enterprise solutions.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers in the research and development of proprietary algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs while maintaining high accuracy.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust, production-ready software.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, specifically focusing on the evolution of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI by 2026.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale LLMs and generative models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, neural network optimization, and distributed systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, high-pressure environments.
