- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization and fine-tuning of large-scale models to ensure high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior data scientists and software engineers.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a specialized AI/ML architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and innovate solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
