Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, robust AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative algorithms.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with MLOps platforms (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow).
