Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and microservices using Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI features into production web applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and user experiences for AI products.
- Optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and low latency for real-time AI inference.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and full-stack frameworks to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on backend AI/ML engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js).
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
