Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Agentic AI workflows using LLMs and Large Language Models.
- Design robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure high-fidelity information retrieval.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce token costs for production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate abstract AI concepts into concrete, functional features.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT successors) to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage across all autonomous agents.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and semantic search.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model evaluation metrics.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
