Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure and deep learning frameworks tailored for 2026 technological standards.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 AI roadmap, identifying emerging trends in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure peak performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI solutions into scalable software products.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs or complex neural networks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams and drive technical vision.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
