Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale machine learning models optimized for edge devices and distributed cloud environments.
- Lead the R&D roadmap for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI readiness and quantum-ML integration.
- Design robust data pipelines that ensure data integrity and facilitate real-time decision-making for our clients.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric products.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring compliance with future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale AI projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
