Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for AGI models.
- Lead research into novel deep learning techniques, specifically focusing on reinforcement learning and emergent behavior.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate classical and quantum algorithms.
- Oversee model training pipelines, optimizing for latency, throughput, and accuracy.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and transparency in autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists within the research division.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying large-scale NLP or vision models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts (a plus but not required).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of innovation in AI.
