Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring model reliability, reproducibility, and security.
- Define ethical guidelines and compliance standards for AI deployment in sensitive sectors.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, specifically with Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
