Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Define and lead the technical strategy for our AI infrastructure, specifically focusing on the development and integration of systems required for the year 2026.
- Model Development: Design and implement scalable deep learning and generative AI models that power our core product offerings.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale machine learning systems, ensuring high performance, low latency, and cost efficiency.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with emerging regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that scale with business growth.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
