Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge Machine Learning models, including NLP and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI, focusing on bias mitigation and transparency in algorithmic decision-making.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model performance for real-time inference in high-traffic environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in designing and implementing AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models to production.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
