Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI infrastructures, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for our 2026 platforms.
- Technology Roadmap: Lead the technical strategy for emerging technologies, including Neuromorphic computing and advanced NLP pipelines.
- Code Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and establishing coding standards.
- Model Optimization: Improve model inference times and reduce computational costs using edge computing and model pruning techniques.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and Qiskit or Cirq is a significant plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
