As a key member of our elite engineering team, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-ready software. You will lead initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and autonomous decision-making systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines designed for high-volume data processing.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating next-gen AI models into core products.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency in real-time environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Product Managers, and UX Designers.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy, and compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Proven track record of designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps and model deployment tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow).
