Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation neural network architectures tailored for 2026 computing standards.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical AI workflows to solve complex optimization problems.
- Oversee the development of autonomous AI agents capable of self-correcting and multi-modal reasoning.
- Establish data governance and ethical AI protocols for synthetic data generation.
- Mentor a team of top-tier machine learning engineers and researchers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into scalable production code.
- Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in deep learning and AI architecture.
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI models.
- Familiarity with neuromorphic hardware or edge computing principles is a strong plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
