Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI-driven systems for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring high performance and security.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize existing algorithms and infrastructure to improve efficiency, reduce latency, and scale processing power.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud Computing to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and implementation.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
