Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning (whichever aligns with our current roadmap).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
