Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing for 2026 workloads.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Neural Network architectures, specifically focusing on quantum-classical hybrid models.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals (2026 vision).
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and quantum physicists to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Optimize deep learning models for edge devices and massive distributed cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and tools (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems that handle millions of requests per second.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive technical decisions.
