Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, low-latency neural interface protocols optimized for the 2026 standard.
- Algorithm Development: Create proprietary machine learning models capable of translating complex neural signals into actionable digital commands with high accuracy.
- Hardware Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless communication between biological inputs and digital outputs.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in cognitive computing and predictive AI to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish and enforce rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines regarding data privacy and neural data usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years leading architecture for high-stakes systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience with Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI), Neural Networks, or Quantum Computing applications.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-dimensional system failures under pressure.
- Communication: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
