Responsibilities
- Architect and design a robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-throughput data streams and complex model training.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Define architectural patterns for autonomous agents and intelligent workflow automation that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure rigorous data governance, algorithmic fairness, and privacy compliance across all AI deployments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate long-term strategic visions into concrete technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps pipelines.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at scale with measurable business impact.
- Strong proficiency in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
