We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our R&D division. Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the architecture and implementation of cutting-edge AI models designed for the 2026 data landscape.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable microservices and neural network architectures capable of handling exabyte-scale data processing.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., AGI, Neuromorphic Computing) to ensure our infrastructure remains relevant in 2026 and beyond.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce strict governance protocols for AI fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for our AI division, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
