Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures for large-scale applications.
- Lead Research and Development (R&D) efforts to push the boundaries of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for production environments using advanced training techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI technical solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for model governance and deployment.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-scale, high-availability ML models to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
