Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and socioeconomic trends through 2030
- Develop quantitative and qualitative scenario models for 2026 market landscapes
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for executive leadership and product teams
- Translate future insights into product roadmaps, innovation pipelines, and investment recommendations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and strategic whitepapers
- Mentor junior futurists and establish best practices for future intelligence gathering
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to synthesize complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and foresight software
