Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design lifecycle for our flagship 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI-driven interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and functional specifications.
- Conduct deep user research to validate concepts and drive data-informed design decisions.
- Establish and evangelize a world-class design system tailored for spatial computing environments.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the design team.
- Predict emerging trends in AR/VR and Web3 to keep our products at the cutting edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex system design.
- Proficiency in advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Spline, or similar) and 3D modeling software.
- Experience designing for Spatial Computing (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest) or highly interactive web applications.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models and how to integrate them into user workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to launch.
