Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior 2026 Gen-AI Architect to lead our infrastructure for the next technological revolution. At Nexus Future Systems, we aren't just building software for today; we are engineering the foundational frameworks that will define the enterprise landscape of 2026.
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production deployment. You will be responsible for designing robust, secure, and high-performance architectures that integrate the next generation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents. If you have a passion for the future of technology and want to leave a lasting legacy in the AI industry, this is your opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Architect the Future: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure specifically engineered to meet the demands of 2026 enterprise applications.
- Model Integration: Lead the integration and fine-tuning of proprietary and open-source Generative AI models to enhance product capabilities.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- System Optimization: Optimize AI model performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or a lead technical role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Generative AI: Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA), RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to current architectural challenges.
